It's a great phone and I'm quite happy with my purchase. However, being a novice at using a smart phone, and not having a user guide to fall back on, I have had to rely on YouTube for the set up as well as many of the phone's features. Other than that, I am getting used to it and I love the fact that it is a GOOGLE phone.
