FAQ

1) When will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day. However, during high volume times such as special events and sales, orders may be delayed.  You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the item is shipped.

2) Do you allow returns on the products that you sell?

Yes, we give 30 days for every item sold unless specified on the description.  However, certain items (high value, brand new, refurbished, etc.) may have certain return guidelines that differ from regular items. See our return policy page for complete details.

3) What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept PayPal for online orders. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay via "Guest checkout" with your credit card.

4) How long does it take to receive my order?

It depends on your location.  We ship via Canada Post Expedited from our warehouse located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  It usually takes 1-4 business to get to local or neighboring provinces (NB, QC, ON, NS, PEI), and 4-6 business days to get to farther ones (AB, SK, MB, BC).  If your address is in an outskirt area, or northern province (YT, NU, NT) it may take a little longer, or even up to 7-14 business days.

5) Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we accept in-person purchases on appointment basis. Please call us on the same day that you wish to pass by so that we can reserve the device you wish to purchase. In-person, we accept payments by Credit/Debit cards, Cash or E-Transfer. We still need to invoice and charge the sales taxes.
