This is an update for my review entitled "Fair Condition, but Camera Glass too Scratched!". I was initially frustrated and thought it would be impossible or too inconvenient to return the phone, but the company reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement phone after returning the damaged one, postage-paid. The replacement they sent me does not have scratches that interfere with the camera lenses. If you are concerned after reading my initial review, know that the company is willing to work with you to resolve any issue. I did not know that an online seller would make great efforts to resolve any issues like gorecell has done! You can purchase from them with confidence!
There are many heavy scratches on top of every lens on the camera glass. Knowing that the condition was "fair" (which could include scratches) did not prepare me for such damage. The rest of the phone is in good condition, but the camera is the main reason I bought this phone! There should be a detailed description of what exactly is wrong with each specific unit so we can make better choices.
