Disappointed

The phone itself is fine but I was under the impression that "refurbished like new" meant that the phone would be at 100%. I received the phone and the battery health out of the box is 95%. It was very disappointing. The charging port seems to be finicky as well. Not awful but very disappointing

16 pro

The phone works, but the condition was not as expected. It was listed as "Good-Fair, however it arrived with noticeable wear.
Most importantly, the phone was sent without any box at all - no original Apple box and no replacement box. This should be clearly disclosed before purchase so customers know what they are receiving.

I'm sorry the iPhone 16 Pro didn't meet your expectations regarding condition and packaging. It was clearly listed as Refurbished (Fair) [purchased via the Best Buy marketplace], a grade that means the phone is fully functional but will typically have noticeable cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, etc.), although nothing severe. Pre-owned devices in this condition do not include the original Apple box; yours shipped in our standard aftermarket white box with a compatible charging cable and SIM ejection tool — which is our normal practice.

That said, I completely understand how this can still be disappointing. If the wear feels excessive for 'Fair' or you'd simply prefer to return or exchange it, please let us know by contacting us and we'll arrange everything quickly and at no hassle.
