Frustrating Setup Process - Phone Not Working

I want to warn others about my experience with this product. During setup, I transferred all of my information and the eSIM to the new phone before it entered the digital loop. This immediately made my old phone unusable and left me without service. I then had to spend nearly two hours on the phone with Bell Aliant to get everything restored. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming, and an unnecessary inconvenience. I would strongly caution anyone considering this product.
