30-Day Returns & 6-Month Warranty Policy

Return & Warranty Period

  • The 30-day return window and 6-month warranty period both begin on the delivery date shown on the tracking information.
  • All requests must be made within these timeframes.

Warranty (Defective Items)

  • If your item is defective through no fault of your own (manufacturing defect), we offer a full refund or replacement.
  • We will cover return shipping both ways once the defect is confirmed.
  • Please contact us first before returning a defective item for approval and instructions.
  • The item must not have been damaged, modified, misused, or opened beyond normal testing.

Regular Returns (Change of Mind)

  • You may return the item within 30 days for any reason.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Payment processing fees (PayPal/Shopify/Credit Card ~2.9% – 4%) are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Cancellations Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees already incurred (~2.9% – 4%).

Restocking Fees & Restrictions

  • Brand new sealed products that are returned opened: Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items returned with missing parts, altered, damaged, or in significantly worse condition than when shipped may be refused or subject to additional deductions.
  • Frequent or excessive returns/cancellations may result in a restocking fee on future orders or, in extreme cases, restriction from future purchases. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before processing.

Important Notes

  • All returns require prior approval. Please contact us with your order number before shipping anything back.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns and keeping the receipt.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website. Items purchased through third-party marketplaces follow the respective platform’s return policy.
