30 Day Returns & 90-Day Warranty Policy

  • 30-Day Return window and 90-Day Warranty window begins on the date that the order has been delivered to the customer's address as per the tracking number.
  • Item must be returned in the same original condition.
  • If item is determined defective (not caused by user), we cover return shipping fees both ways (contact us before for approval) as well as a full refund.
  • For regular returns, the Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping cost not refundable. PayPal/Shopify transaction fee of ~2.9% to 4% not refundable.
  • For cancellations prior to shipping, we will be able to do a full refund, minus the transaction fees incurred (i.e. PayPal/Shopify ~2.9% to 4%)
  • Frequent, and/or excessive amounts of returns/cancellations may result in additional restocking fees to cover our administrative costs.  This, and the amount, will be communicated to the buyer prior to making a new purchase.
  • 20% Re-stocking fee for New items returned opened. Items returned with missing pieces or altered, may not be allowed (please contact us).
